6. Delivery / Performance of services

Delivery is included in the price for metropolitan France, other destinations will be charged: 48€ for Europe, and 88€ for the rest of the world.
I am not responsible for delays resulting directly from customs clearance procedures or carrier processing problems (such as weather conditions, mechanical incidents, a package declared undeliverable, address errors, etc.). I do not collect and am not responsible for VAT, customs duties or any other taxes inherent to the country of receipt.
7. right of withdrawal
In accordance with article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the customer has a period of 14 days to exercise its right of withdrawal without having to justify reasons.
Possible exceptions: personalized services, services already carried out, parts made of sensitive materials, in the event of return, the customer must return the product in perfect condition without having altered it, including the polishing of the knife.
